For the past few months, I’ve been trying to figure out what is going to happen in Avengers Endgame. Since the trailer has been released, I’ve been also trying to figure out what is the mission the Captain America and Black Widow go on? I think I figured it out…
This post isn’t going to be to long, and it’s more of a revelation than a post. Let me know if this is crazy or not.
WHAT IF…The mission the Steve Rogers and Natasha are on is to time travel back in time, to the year 1943. I know what you’re thinking. You’re either thinking, why the year 1943? Or you’re thinking, that’s the year that Captain America flies the Valkyrie into the ocean! If you thought the second thing, you’re completely right!
What if they time traveled to the year of 1943, to retrieve…the Tesseract? To stop Thanos from ever attacking in the first place. Now, this may not be completely right, but what made me keep going on about this, was the fact that Chris Evans said he was done playing the role of Captain America. He didn’t say die. Now, it’s more than possible Steve will die, but what instead he time travels back in time to the year of 1943, and retrieves the Tesseract? And when it’s time to go back to their time-line, he decides not to go back. He decides to stay in the year 1943 and to give the dance he owes to Peggy Carter.
Also, the place that Black Widow and Captain America seem to be on, doesn’t look like the quinjet. The quinjet has more windows, and less room. Some have theorized that the jet that they’re one, is the Valkyrie. If you don’t know, this is the ship that Steve Rogers crashed into the Atlantic.
This could be a way that this could happen. There have been rumors of other actors taking up the role of Captain America. This doesn’t mean that Steve Rogers dies, but he could have just decided to stay in 1943. We know in Age of Ultron, that he has a vision of being back in the 40’s. He seemed to miss all of it. This is just a theory that I thought of.
This video is a great video about this theory. I think it’s worth exploring and figuring out. I don’t know, but it’s just a thought I had. Let me know what y’all think!
